Interview Story - Overcame Challenge

I get well along with almost everyone. The only people I find a bit challenging to get along with are those who ignore company rules, are disrespectful, and are unable to work on their own even after significant training. Once I had to train my co-worker for a new scanning system that our company has implemented for delivering products. I knew him very well and he falls into one of the categories that I mentioned above. Still, it was a part of my job to train him. So I put my personal feelings aside and taught him the scanning system. I told him how everything worked step by step. And I made sure he understood each step completely before I moved on to the next one. Working together, he completed his training in about a week. Since then, everything is going well. He has been able to use this scanning system on his own without any difficulty.
