Interview Story - Handle Pressure

At BridgeTower Media, another designer quit immediately after starting a big design campaign for an event. Although I already had my plate full, I was assigned to this campaign. The materials had to be at the press in three days so I knew there wasn’t much time. I made myself completely available to the marketing coordinator and worked through the weekend until everything was delivered to the printer. The marketing director was so impressed with my dedication, that she took me out to lunch and bought me a $50 VISA gift card.
