How do you manage the inevitable rejections throughout the job search?

"Moving on. Thanks."

That's the attitude you need to have when you receive a knock-back. Even if you thought the job was yours… even if they made you feel like you were the one, but then you never heard from them again… even if you came so close to landing that job, you could almost touch it.

Because being angry or bitter won't help you get back on your feet.

Only moving forward will help you.

The best you can do is know that you presented yourself effectively, so even if they decide not to hire you, on some level you'll know it was because this opportunity just wasn't the right fit. Make a list of the talents you bring to the table as a professional and use this as a reminder.

If you're going through a rough spot right now, hang in there.

Keep taking small steps forward.

It's the only way to get that dream job you know you deserve. We believe in you - so don't give up!
