Can you ask why you weren't hired?
It can often be hard to find out why another candidate was chosen over you. Employers typically won't divulge much meaningful feedback with candidates.
Behavioral Question: "How do you motivate and coach others?"
This is a situational interview question with no wrong or right answer. One strategy for your response is to share an anecdote to demonstrate the motivational techniques you have used in the past.
